Tahu Telur Kukus - Steamed Egg Tofu

BAHAN :

* Tahu cina hancurkan
* Telur kocok
* Kuning telur kocok
* Sayur kesukaan di sini menggunakan bayam & jamur
* Saus atau kecap cocolan

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Campur tahu dengan telur kocok.
2. Susun tahu, sayur, tahu.
3. Tutup dengan kuning telur.
4. Kukus sampai matang.
5. Dinginkan, potong2.
6. Hidangkan dengan saus atau kecap.


Steamed Egg Tofu


INGREDIENTS :

* Chinese tofu, choose soft but not too soft, pound
* Egg, whisk
* Yolk, whisk
* Fav vegetables, here using spinach & mushroom
* Chili sauce or soya sauce

COOKING PROCESS :

1. Mix tofu with whisked egg.
2. Arrange tofu, vegetable, tofu.
3. Cover with yolk.
4. Steam till done.
5. Left cold, cut into pieces.
6. Enjoy with chili sauce or soya sauce
