Bekalku - My Bento



Bekalku
Membawa bekal sendiri merupakan kenikmatan tersendiri karena selain lebih bersih & sehat daripada membeli jajanan di luar, saat-saat menyiapkannya juga sangat seru :D

Terinspirasi dari bento, bekal khas Jepang, dan sebuah kotak makanan yang mendukung tema bento itu sendiri maka jadi juga bento versiku :)
Tentu saja menu dan rasanya sudah sangat Indonesia sekali. Jadi, selamat membawa bekal !



My Bento


Bringing a home-packed meal is really nice pleasure. Why? because you can have healthier food rather than buying from street vendors. Not only that, the process to prepare itself is really a challenging moment :D
Inspired with Bento, a Japanese common home-packed meal, and a cute & nice lunch box that i feel really match with the theme, Bento i mean. So here it is, the so yummy my Bento :)
Of course the choice & the taste already very Indonesian. So lets bring a Bento !

Manis Gurihnya Ketan Srikaya - Sweet & Tasty Glutinous Rice Srikaya



Ketan Srikaya


Kue ini merupakan perpaduan yang lezat antara manisnya Srikaya dan gurihnya Ketan.


Menilik dari asalnya sepertinya dari Pulau Sumatra, mungkin Aceh, Padang atau Palembang karena kue ini mudah dijumpai di sana atau di rumah makan yang menyajikan hidangan khas Sumatra.


Manisnya kue ini cocok sekali untuk menutup hidangan utama.
















Glutinous Rice Srikaya


This cake is a perfect yummy combination between how sweet a Srikaya cake & how tasty a glutinous rice.


Looking at the origin, probably this delicious cake coming from Sumatra Island, either Aceh, Padang or palembang, don't know for sure. As this cake can be easily found in those cities or any restaurants serving Sumatranese foods.


The sweetness of this cake is one of the best choice for dessert.

Tahu Telur Kukus - Steamed Egg Tofu

BAHAN :

* Tahu cina hancurkan
* Telur kocok
* Kuning telur kocok
* Sayur kesukaan di sini menggunakan bayam & jamur
* Saus atau kecap cocolan

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Campur tahu dengan telur kocok.
2. Susun tahu, sayur, tahu.
3. Tutup dengan kuning telur.
4. Kukus sampai matang.
5. Dinginkan, potong2.
6. Hidangkan dengan saus atau kecap.


Steamed Egg Tofu


INGREDIENTS :

* Chinese tofu, choose soft but not too soft, pound
* Egg, whisk
* Yolk, whisk
* Fav vegetables, here using spinach & mushroom
* Chili sauce or soya sauce

COOKING PROCESS :

1. Mix tofu with whisked egg.
2. Arrange tofu, vegetable, tofu.
3. Cover with yolk.
4. Steam till done.
5. Left cold, cut into pieces.
6. Enjoy with chili sauce or soya sauce

Nasi Sushi Pesawat - Plane Sushi Rice

BAHAN :

* Beras 1 porsi
* Ketan 5 porsi
* Saus Tiram
* Abon sapi

* cetakan : pesawat atau lainnya

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Masak beras, ketan bersama saus tiram.
2. Cetak.














Plane Sushi Rice


INGREDIENTS :

* Rice 1 portion
* Glutinous Rice 5 portion
* Oyster Sauce
* Beef floss

* mold : plane or anything as you like

COOKING PROCESS :

1. Cook together rice, glutinous rice & oyster sauce.

Nasi Sushi Kalkun - Turkey Sushi Rice

BAHAN :

* Beras 1 porsi
* Ketan 5 porsi
* Salami Kalkun
* Abon sapi
* Saus tiram
* Kecap asin

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Masak beras bersama ketan & saus tiram.
2. Dinginkan
3. Letakan nasi sushi, salami, abon sapi lalu gulung kuat2.
4. Gulingkan di atas abon sapi.
5. Potong & hidangkan bersama kecap asin.















Turkey Sushi Rice


INGREDIENTS :

* Rice 1 portion
* Glutinous rice 5 portion
* Turkey salami
* Beef floss
* Oyster sauce
* Salty ketchup

COOKING PROCESS :

1. Cook rice, glutinous rice together with oyster sauce.
2. Stay cold
3. Put sushi rice, turkey salami & beef floss, roll tight.
4. Roll in the beef floss.
5. Cut into pieces & enjoy with salty ketchup
